Sesame Street

Sesame is an oil and spice crop widely grown in Uzbekistan. It consists of small seeds of white, black or cream color with a mild nutty taste. It is used in cooking, bakery products, confectionery industry and for the production of sesame oil. It has a high nutritional value and is in demand both in the domestic and export markets.
