Ground cinnamon

Cinnamon is an aromatic spice obtained from the dried bark of the cinnamon tree. It has a warm sweet-spicy aroma and is widely used in cooking, baking, beverages and the confectionery industry. In Uzbekistan, it is used as an imported spice and is in demand in processing and retail trade.
