Persimmon fruit

Persimmon is a sweet fruit with soft or dense flesh, widely grown in Uzbekistan. It has a high sugar content, bright taste and rich color. It is used fresh and also for drying (dried persimmon). It enjoys stable demand in the domestic market and in exports.
