Turkestan survivor

Turkestan gum (Ajuga turkestanica) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Lamiaceae family, native to mountainous and foothill regions of Central Asia. It is especially appreciated due to the high content of natural ecdysteroids, substances that affect metabolism and physical endurance. The plant has become widely known not only in folk medicine, but also in sports pharmacology.
