Onion

Onions are the main and most widespread onion crop in Uzbekistan. It is presented in several varieties (yellow, red, white), has a dense structure, pronounced taste and high nutritional value. It is widely used in cooking, processing and storage. It has good shelf life and high transportability, which makes it one of the key export products.
