Shallots

Shallots are a type of onion, characterized by small bulbs assembled in "nests". It has a milder, sweet taste and a subtle aroma compared to regular onions. It is widely used in cooking, especially in sauces, salads and gourmet dishes. It is well stored and resistant to transportation. In Uzbekistan, it is grown in limited quantities and belongs to niche products.
