Leek

Leek is a vegetable crop with a mild, slightly sweet taste and delicate texture. The white part of the stem and the lower part of the leaves are mainly used for food. It is widely used in cooking for the preparation of soups, side dishes and dishes of European cuisine. It has high nutritional value and good digestibility. In Uzbekistan, it is grown in limited quantities and belongs to more niche and premium products.
