Grape
Table grade. The berries are dark pink with a purple tinge, covered with a medium waxy coating and dots.
The Central Asian table grape Taifi pink is easily recognized visually because of the large clusters and elongated berries. This variety likes warmth. It is widespread in Georgia, Dagestan, and Crimea. Grape fruits tolerate long-term transportation well and are stored until February without loss of commercial properties. Taifi pink is characterized by sweet and juicy berries with a thick coating of 27x19 mm up to 8 g. Sugar accumulation is 21-23%. Jam, wine, compotes, and marinades are made from such fruits.
