Peanut

"Nokhat" is the Uzbek name for chickpeas, also known as Turkish peas or garbanzo beans. Chickpeas are a valuable source of protein and are widely used in Uzbek cuisine to prepare various dishes, including soups, pilaf, appetizers, and baked goods. They are also an ingredient in popular dishes such as Nokhat shurak.
